About the Chairperson 


Ms Serene Lim – Senior Manager, TMF Singapore

Serene is a Senior Manager, Relationship Management at TMF Singapore working with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) assisting them with succession planning structures. She also works with corporate clients in relation to structured finance in Capital Markets.
Serene has 10 years’ experience in the banking industry before entering the trust industry in 2006. She has experience in trust administration, structuring and managing complex trust and company structures. Prior to joining TMF, Serene was Resident Manager and Head of Trust for one of the leading independent trust and corporate services provider. She has previously also worked with HSBC and Merrill Lynch in their trust subsidiaries.

Ms Goh Seow Chee – Managing Director, Aequitas Advisory Pte Ltd

Before starting Aequitas, Seow Chee has spent more than 20 years in the tax and financial services industry specializing in tax investigation, trust and family succession planning. In the most recent years, Seow Chee has been sharpening her focus on family office space, supporting Singapore and international clients.
Prior to founding her firm, Seow Chee was the Managing Director and Head of Wealth Advisory South East Asia at J P Morgan Private Bank, Singapore. She had previously held senior positions in HSBC Trustee Singapore and Equity Trust Singapore (now known as TMF Group). She started her career with Inland Revenue of Singapore as a tax investigator.

Liu Kun is a partner of Commerce and Finance Law Offices, and was admitted as a PRC lawyer in 2007. Before joining the firm, Ms. Liu had served senior managerial position in King & Wood Mallesons, UBS private banking department, Ping An Group and other institutions for many years.
Ms. Liu specialises in the practice areas of family asset planning (Trust, FATCA / CRS, Tax compliance.), capital markets, investment and financing, etc.
Ms. Liu has provided more than 100 ultra-high net worth clients with family asset planning and inheritance legal service. Ms. Liu has completed more than 20 projects related to domestic and overseas listings and M&A projects.

  • In the event that the Organisers postpone the event due to reasons related to COVID-19, any payment the delegate has made as at the date of postponement will be credited towards the rescheduled date.
