About this Seminar
Two significant stamp duty changes were introduced on 11 March 2017 – making share sale agreements subject to stamp duty and introducing a new Additional Conveyance Duties (“ACD”) regime. These changes are important to bear in mind as transactions entered into for purposes of the trusts may attract such stamp duty.
