As there is 1 nominee for each of the Office Bearer positions and 5 nominees for the maximum of 5 Ordinary Committee member positions, no elections will be held at the AGM.
As set out in our Notice of AGM, a member may only vote by appointing the Chairman Ms Sim Bock Eng as the member’s proxy to vote at the meeting by depositing with the Society the attached Proxy Form.
